Meet Katrina
Welcome to Whispering Auras Reiki. I am Katrina, a certified Reiki Master dedicated to guiding individuals through personalized healing journeys. My practice integrates the energy healing benefits of Reiki with time-honoured, traditional healing modalities passed down through dedicated mentorship. Whether you are seeking deep relaxation or healing, I am committed to providing an inspiring space where you can focus on your well-being and restoration.
Katrina’s Healing Journey
My work is inspired by my own personal healing experiences and a commitment to helping others navigate their own paths. By integrating energy work, meditation, and personal guidance, I help you restore your sense of balance. In addition to my Reiki practice, I utilize traditional healing techniques to support your journey toward deep restoration and renewal.
What to Expect
Before Your Session
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Avoid heavy meals for an hour beforehand. Come with an open mind and, if you like, a gentle intention — something you'd like to release, invite, or simply explore.
During your session
You'll lie fully clothed on a comfortable treatment table (or rest at home for distance sessions). Katrina works with light touch or hovering hands over your energy centres. Many clients experience warmth, tingling, deep relaxation, or emotional release — every experience is unique and valid.
After your session
You may feel deeply relaxed, lighter, or emotionally tender.
Drink plenty of water, rest if you can, and be gentle with yourself. Integration can continue for 24-72 hours as your energy settles into its new balance.
Distance sessions
Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won't be disturbed.
You can lie down, sit, or rest however feels right. Katrina will send you a message when your session begins and ends.
Many clients find distance sessions just as — or even more — profound than in-person.
